RETURNS

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since Your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned.

* Gift cards

* Some health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed: (if applicable)

* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipment.

* The customer is responsible for shipping

 

Refunds (where applicable).

In case of delays by the parcel and platform companies, whether due to internal processes or seasonally, the full refund of the purchase does not apply.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days

* Note to Consumer: Our Seasonal Collections are Limited Edition. If you receive your glove and need a different size, we recommend you go back and purchase the correct size and submit the other as a return. This will ensure that you get the size you need the glove you wanted in the first place. * 

*We currently do not provide return labels for returns and exchanges*

 

Late or lost refunds (where applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (where applicable)

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (where applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to change it for the same item

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the buyer and they will know of your return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
